A Portrait's Progress

This series of images shows the progression of the painting, "Hannah and the Money Spider". I hope it will give some idea about how a typical portrait may evolve, from the initial drawing, to the finished painting. Each image may be clicked upon for a larger view and commentary about the individual stages.
